At Ferris Wheel Press, we want you to be completely enchanted by your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your fashion items, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn merchandise.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
